jetbus Terms & Conditions

1.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jetbus ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered through the jetbus platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and all associated features. By accessing or using jetbus in any capacity, you enter into a binding legal agreement with us and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read together with the jetbus Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the jetbus platform, these Terms shall prevail.

1.2 Effective Date and Applicability

These Terms are effective as of July 2026 and apply to all users of the jetbus platform regardless of the date on which they first registered their account. Players who registered prior to the publication of the current version of these Terms will have been notified of any material changes and will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms upon continued use of the platform following the notification period.

2.1 Age Requirement

The jetbus platform is strictly available to adults aged 18 years and above. It is a condition of registration and continued use that every Player is at least 18 years of age at the time they create their account and at all times thereafter while using the platform. jetbus reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Players who are found to have registered while under the age of 18 will have their accounts immediately closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned net of any withdrawals already processed. jetbus takes the protection of minors extremely seriously and will report suspected underage gambling to the relevant authorities where required.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of each Player to ensure that their use of the jetbus platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which they are located at the time of use. jetbus operates as an online gaming platform targeting the Bangladesh market and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction outside of its operating context. Players who access the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an account on the jetbus platform:

• Individuals under 18 years of age.
• Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from the jetbus platform and whose self-exclusion period has not expired.
• Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and close family members of jetbus and its affiliated entities.
• Individuals accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Individuals who have had their accounts suspended or permanently closed by jetbus due to a breach of these Terms.

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of services offered by jetbus, Players must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested. This includes, at minimum, a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and date of birth. Players must not impersonate any other person, use a false identity, or provide misleading information during registration. jetbus reserves the right to verify all registration information and to request supporting documentation at any time.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jetbus platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jetbus reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from the duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials, including their username and password. jetbus will never ask a Player to disclose their password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Players must notify jetbus immediately if they suspect that their account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. jetbus cannot be held liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jetbus is committed to operating a secure platform and may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

4.1 Deposits

Players may fund their jetbus account using the payment methods available on the platform, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Sonali Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in the Player's own name. jetbus does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits are credited to the Player's gaming account balance upon successful confirmation of the transaction by the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500; the Player's account must be fully verified in accordance with the KYC requirements set out in Section 3.4; the withdrawal request must be made to a payment account registered in the Player's own name. jetbus aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within a few hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days. jetbus does not charge fees on withdrawals, but the Player's payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Refused or Delayed Transactions

jetbus reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Players whose transactions are refused or delayed for these reasons will be notified and provided with an explanation to the extent permitted by applicable law and internal compliance procedures.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jetbus may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional offers to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Players are encouraged to read all applicable bonus terms before opting in to any promotional offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific bonus term and these Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail with respect to that particular offer only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free bet winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period will be stated clearly in the specific bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the applicable wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance. jetbus reserves the right to void winnings derived from bonus funds that were obtained through abuse of a promotional offer.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers — will have their bonus balance voided, any associated winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed. jetbus uses automated and manual detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns.

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the jetbus platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every bet before confirmation, including the selection, stake amount, and applicable odds. jetbus will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds that the Player made an error in the selection process. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, jetbus will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with its internal fair-play procedures.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to rapid changes in odds and may be suspended at any time at jetbus's discretion, including during significant match events, technical issues, or circumstances that may affect the integrity of the market. Bets placed during a temporary suspension will be voided. jetbus accepts no liability for any delays in the transmission of live match data that may affect in-play betting decisions.

6.3 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games available on jetbus use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from regulated game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are accurate as provided by the respective game provider. jetbus does not modify game outcomes, RTP values, or house edge calculations. Results generated by RNG-certified games are final and not subject to dispute on grounds of outcome alone.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetbus platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, platform glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other parties to manipulate sporting event outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jetbus staff or other platform users.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion period, or account limitation imposed by jetbus.

8.1 Ownership

All content on the jetbus platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of jetbus or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content from the jetbus platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of jetbus.

9.1 Platform Availability

jetbus endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond jetbus's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. jetbus shall not be liable to any Player for losses arising from platform downtime, provided that jetbus takes reasonable steps to restore service as promptly as practicable.

9.2 Financial Losses

Gambling involves financial risk. All Players use the jetbus platform at their own financial risk. jetbus shall not be liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform, including losses resulting from bets placed on incorrect selections, bets placed during odds fluctuations in live markets, or losses resulting from problem gambling behaviour. Players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform to manage their gambling activity and expenditure.

9.3 Indemnification

Players agree to indemnify and hold harmless jetbus, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliated entities from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

10.1 Termination by jetbus

jetbus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where jetbus reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where account closure is required for compliance, legal, or regulatory reasons. Upon account closure by jetbus due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any remaining account balance may be forfeited at jetbus's discretion, subject to applicable law.

10.2 Closure by Player

Players may request the closure of their jetbus account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any available account balance at the time of closure (net of any active bonus balances subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

11.1 Data Handling

jetbus collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. By registering on the jetbus platform, Players consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jetbus uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between the Player's device and the platform's servers. Player data is never sold to third-party advertisers and is used exclusively for account management, payment processing, identity verification, and responsible gaming purposes.

12.1 Right to Amend

jetbus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jetbus will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect. Continued use of the jetbus platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not agree with any amended Terms should cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
